This device contains up to 5 cas- caded FBG's that are applied to an actively stabilized setup, performing a multiline - calibrator. In opposite to the standard gas absorption cells only cover an relatively narrow bandwitdh, these multiline references can be designed with a large spectral distance between the lines.
It is an excellent reference for OSAs, FBG monitoring units, and other devices that work with broad band applications. Our devices can be certified by the PTB, a German organization that is comparable to the NIST.
